ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(1) The central placement score of the student in the year h/she is accepted needs to be equal or above the base point of the program he/she wants to transfer.
DEPARTMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS ORDER
CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES PROGRAM APPLICANTS:
Applicants need to;
- Have no criminal records or criminal archive record,
- Measure 160 cm-180 cm tall (for females) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters (for example 165 cm male it will be 65+5 or 65-15).
- Measure 170-190 cm tall (for males) and weigh no more than 5 more or 15 less than the last two digits of the height in centimeters (for example 165 cm male it will be 65+5 or 65-15).
- Have a clean bill of health to fly (Need to submit a health report stating their health meets flying requirements taken from health institutions authorized by Civil Aviation General Directorate).
- Have no visible tattoos, wounds when wearing a cabin crew uniform.
Applicants need to submit a certificate from any health institution stating they meet the weight and height requirements in order to be able to transfer to this program.
Those, who cannot submit a height and weight certificate from any health institution will be measured and weighed at the University Health Office and given a certificate.
** CIVIL AVIATION TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS APPLICANTS
Applicants need to;
- Have no criminal records or criminal archive record that will prevent them from getting an airport entry card,
- Have a clean bill of health (no hearing loss, vision loss, etc.) to perform the requirements of the profession and/or duties required by the profession documented by a medical report taken from a full-fledged hospital.
PARAMEDIC PROGRAM APPLICANTS (AS OF 2020-2021 ACADEMIC YEAR)
Applicants need to;
- Submit a medical committee report documenting that there is no physical and mental disability that would prevent them from performing their job and/or duty.
- Have a driving license (B class) in order to graduate.
