2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Intra Institutional Transfer Applications

Applications for 2025 –2026 academic year fall semester “Intra-Institutional Transfer Based on Cumulative Grade Point Average and Central Placement Score” will be carried out on August 11-15, 2025 online via https://obs.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/.

The OSYS/YKS score card and OSYM Placement document must be attached to the online application form.

Students who wish to perform intra-institutional transfer based on central placement score with a scholarship or discount can access transfer requirements at https://oim.ieu.edu.tr/tr/kurumici-yatay-gecis-merkezi-yerlestirme-puanina-g

Students who study within the OSYS scholarship and OSYS discount (75% OSYS Discount, 50% OSYS Discount, and 25% OSYS Discount) quotas based on their GPA are deemed to have waived their scholarships/discounts when they perform intra-institutional transfer.

If students studying under an International Quota Discount make an intra-institutional transfer, and their university entrance exam score (TR-YOS, SAT, etc.) in their registered department/program from the year they were placed and registered is equal to or higher than the base score of the same or lower percentage discounted quota type of the department/program they are transferring to at our University for the relevant year, the student will be granted a transfer discount in accordance with the University's Undergraduate and Associate Programs Scholarship and Discount Regulation.
