Document Requests
Student Document Requests are carried out through OASIS- Student Information System.
STUDENT CERTIFICATE
- Student Certificate is a certificate that shows that the students who are registered to our university and who benefit from the student rights are students at our university.
- A student certificate in standard format is in English and Turkish.
- If you need an explanation on the certificate, please specify it on the form
TRANSCRIPT
- It is the document that shows the courses taken throughout the education period of the students, their grades, credits and cumulative grade point average on semester basis. It can be prepared in Turkish if needed.
GRADE CARD
- It is the document that shows the courses taken by preparatory program student throughout the preparatory class period, the grades of the courses, his/her attendance, and grade point average.
- The document is in English.
ATTACHMENT-C2 MILITARY CERTIFICATE
For Undergraduate (4 years) and Vocational School (2 years) Students:
- Military service retardation procedure of the male student being educated in all undergraduate and vocational school programs at our university are made directly by Student Affairs Office without a need to make application.
- The students do not need to apply for military service retardation procedure.
- An approved photocopy of the “ATTACHMENT-C2 STUDENT STATUS CERTIFICATE” is given to the male students who are called for military draft.

PREPARATORY CLASS SUCCESS DOCUMENT
- It is the document that shows the academic year that the student received education in English preparatory class and his/her success.
- It can be prepared in both English and Turkish.
DISCIPLINE DOCUMENT
- It is the document that shows the discipline status of the student throughout his/her education period.
- It can be prepared in both English and Turkish.
THE DOCUMENT THAT DEFINES THE MEDIUM OF EDUCATION OF THE UNIVERSITY
- It is the document that shows the medium of education of the university is “English”.
- It can be prepared in both English and Turkish.
HONOUR/HIGH HONOUR CERTIFICATE
Students, who have a point average of 3,00-3,49 at the end of the semester, are recognized as “Honour Student(for the semester)”, and a point average of 3,50-4,00 are recognized as “High Honour Student (for the semester)”. The list of honour roll is announced by the Student Affairs Office. Students on the list may request their
certificates through OASIS system under “Document Requests” menu. Students cannot be recognized as Honour/High Honour Students if they;
- Took courses less than the course load anticipated for the relevant semester for their major program,
- Failed a course for that relevant semester,
- Did not complete their incomplete course load through Certificate, Minor, or Double Major courses,
- Received any disciplinary penalty.
